Crafted from fine porcelain stoneware, the series is inspired by ancient artisanal techniques carried out on glazed and oxidized terracotta. Hand-molded clay produced unique pieces imbued with a rich structure and material essence, distinctive attributes that the series preserves thanks to a pronounced irregular, yet elegant and refined texture.
The skilled hands of master artisans mixed oxides and crystallines, whose properties, enhanced by a slow firing process, give rise to deep and tonal variations in color. The seven colors of the Coccio series were selected through rigorous tests on the combination of minerals, maintaining this unique character intact. The color palette is further enhanced by a glossy granule effect, resembling a delicate rain, creating an intriguing mix of matte and glossy finishes on each piece.
To ensure maximum versatility and promote stylistic continuity in environments with refined taste, the series is available in four distinct formats: 60×120 cm and 60×60 cm rectified, 25×25 cm, and the classic brick format 6×25 cm, offering solutions suitable for any design need. Completing the range is the new Rigo format 12.5×25 cm, characterized by irregular brick-inspired edges, offering additional possibilities for installation and combination, standing out for its ability to create visual effects that blend tradition and modernity.
